Gotham Design & Community Development Ltd. has been a direct partner and consultant in numerous development projects ranging from small subdivisions of single-family homes, such as Castle Hill Close and Dearman Park, to large mixed-use, adaptive reuse projects, such as Rivertowns Square. Development is a complicated process necessitating the synthesis of often competing interests. Gotham is efficient in properly balancing those interests to obtain the entitlements required, as well as to deliver a project that meets market interests, is efficient to build, and either creates an enjoyable place within itself or reinforces the positive characteristics of an existing place.
