Gotham Design & Community Development Ltd. has been a direct partner and consultant in numerous development projects ranging from small subdivisions of single-family homes, such as Castle Hill Close and Dearman Park, to large mixed-use, adaptive reuse projects, such as Rivertowns Square. Development is a complicated process necessitating the synthesis of often competing interests.
